Okay, sender authentication is here...so what?

The amount of spam continues to grow. The amount of spam, assumed to be good email is growing. The amount of good email, trashed and stashed away as possible spam is also growing.

There is really no use to huddling together in five star hotels (other than for the hospitality industry's sake), instead of worrying about real solutions to real problems.

While industries, and standards groups keep talking of the next big thing, it is presumed that soon, if not already, 80% of all email will be junk....

hey bud, while i can understand your frustration about spam e-mail filling up your inbox. People are still working on "securing" an old e-mail protocol SMTP that was written in 1980's when internet assumed to be a safe place.

All this years the world has become so dependent on SMTP that we can change everything or come up with something new all of a sudden, we are still working on securing something that has a inherent design flaw.

with that said, if your are complaning about your yahoo or gmail or anyother free accounts...hey wats else can you expect from a free service (not free really with google snooping over the content of your e-mails for catering your real needs through ads ;-) and yahoo still trying to figure out how to do that the "google" way)

but if your corporate is having issues with junk mail flowing in.

You IT Security ppl should talk to me....ha ha...sales pitch...nah!
